Kwaheri's blog

Kwaheri - Swahili for "goodbye"

Also born in the Seychelles, 2 minutes and 51 seconds after his twin brother, Jambo, Kwaheri later traveled to London at the ripe age of 13 to create his own identity in pursuit of a carreer in organic horticulture.  Only weeks later, however, Jambo joined him, having desperately missed his stronger "younger" brother, to form their own specialized cherry tomato tomatory in Piccadilly.

Kwaheri is now the CEO of their tomatory, Tomato Town, and is now the largest distributor of miniature cherry tomatos in the London Proper.  He will ocassionally take some time off, and when he is free, he enjoys cage fighting (watching it), concerts (the louder the better) and the ladies.

Likes: Metallica, root beer, silver sequins, fast cars, steel-toed boots, Lazy Boys

Dislikes:  hairballs, hipsters, Thai food, foggy windshields, Cabbage Patch Kids, wussy handshakes

Hello from South Austin!

Hello Friends,

I've been settling into my new home in Austin, Texas, with my friend Laurie and her orange tabby cat, Morrison. I'm told this is a very, well, "cool," area of this nice city.

I haven't been writing much as Laurie has been showing me the sites, including some music at the festival they call South by Southwest.

Yesterday, I helped Laurie with some gardening. It seems that they haven't had much rain in Austin so we have to be aware of using too much water.

Speaking of water, let's not forget about Well Aware's efforts. Laurie and I will be attending the Happy Hour event on April 28. More to come....

Kwaheri getting close

Kwaheri is very affectionate with friends Jean and Barbara of Austin based www.JBJourneys.com - Kwaheri likes to stay close to the heart in all his relationships.

Birds of a Feather ham it up with new friends at the Cherrywood Coffeehouse

Kwaheri finds like minds at the Cherrywood Coffeehouse.

Got Thirst?

Kwaheri heads down to Cherrywood Coffeehouse to get a little liquid lunch.

Taco time, again!

Kwaheri has a crush on Maria. The way to an Afrignome's heart is DEFINITELY through his tummy!

Radio will never be the same again!

Do these headphones make me look short?

Flyin time!

Wowee! The Afrignomes are headed to Kenya, let's hope they can get through security....

Sundog Design

So, this is Steve. He's the owner and madness behind Sundog Design, Kwaheri's devoted sponsor. I loved it when Steve likened himself to a gnome... something about quarky and more than a little hairy ;-p

Before Kwaheri came along, Pumpkin was Steve's number one side-kick.

Now Pumpkin and Kwaheri are inseparable.
